REGISTRATION ON ARRIVAL AT PEPPERS
Conference registration will now be opening at 2:30pm, half-an-hour earlier than previously advertised.
SHUTTLE BUS
If you’ve booked tickets to arrive at the venue via the shuttle, please note the new departure time is now 1:30pm QLD time. Hopefully, the change will make it less stressful for some of you who were flying in close to the earlier departure time of 1pm. However, it does mean things might be a little squeezy time-wise once the shuttle arrives at Peppers, around 2:50pm NSW time. Registration now opens at 2:30pm, and conference begins at 3:30pm.
Returning to the airport after conference? The shuttle will leave at 2:30pm NSW time, getting you back to Coolangatta/Gold Coast airport around 1:50pm QLD time.
CALEB AWARDS GALA DINNER – ‘LET’S GO TROPPO!’
Yes, this year, our gala dinner will have a tropical theme. So, if you have something to wear along those lines, make sure you pack it! Even a simple lei will do. We’re also going to have a photo booth and some other fun things to make our celebratory dinner one to remember.

If you’ve booked an appointment at the Hub you should have received an email with all the details about how to prepare for your appointment and what (if anything) you need to pre-send. PRE-CONFERENCE ZOOM SESSION: 7:00-8:00pm AEST Monday, September 26
This session will explain everything you need to know about conference, so mark it in your diaries and add the neon lights. It’s a chance to ask last minute questions, meet the committee, and get excited about seeing each other face-to-face! AND, if you attend the live session, you’ll go into a draw for some Lucky Zoom prizes, to be delivered to you at conference. (If you can’t make the Zoom – don’t worry, we’ll make sure it’s recorded for those who are registered for conference.)
